You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, but only if the perfume is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Opened or sprayed perfumes cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

To begin a return, contact us with your order number and details. After review, return instructions will be provided. Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

When returning a product, it must be packaged securely to avoid damage during shipping. Items damaged due to improper return packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If your perfume arrives broken, leaking, or incorrect, send photos immediately. After verification, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
